 Material of stone roll is gray granite. It is with 180MPa of lineal pressure and HV3500 of case hardness. All the casting is resin sand modelling. The Compression nut must be steel-casting and the infusion media in the internal, in order to satisfy the requirements of the high speed, high line pressure and wide paper web machine
